Forthcoming flower workshops at Ticknall

All workshops will be concentrating on whatever
flowers or foliage is in season at that time of year, with particular
interest in creating atmospheric and unusual backgrounds.
Traditional watercolour techniques will be used and
experimental texture making method which could include scraping, cling film, salt, spattering, inks, washing out methods and negative
painting to pick out leaves and flower shapes out of background washes,
depending on what is appropriate to the painting we will be concentrating
on. |
